Great customer service all the way around. Assigned tech Ontario "OT" arrived and was very attentive to listening to the problem. He kept trying until he was eventually able to get the Clog removed with snaking tool. He then checked everything to ensure all drains were still flowing properly. I appreciate the efforts and Ontario's help. (recommended!) On the other hand, this was a bit too expensive for snaking a drain.

Austin was FANTASTIC! The young man immediately covered his feet before entering my home without me having to ask. That's impressive. His warm and friendly smile was very welcoming and his knowledge about his work just enhanced the whole experience. His insight on a couple of things I need to plan for was very much appreciated. Thank you MARK JOHNSON for sending such an outstanding experienced representative to service my home.

They completed 1 job for me and did a good job however, you have to keep calling and calling and calling in order to remind them to book the appointment with the tech. They finally came out to fix it and I thought maybe that was a 1 off. I called them back for a quote on another job, the tech came out and measured for the quote however, I have called 3 times over the last month to get the quote and still have not received. The person that answers the phone just says they are going to call the technician really quick and call you back however, you never hear back from them. Also I pay the $89 for the plan that you get 15% off on services calls but it looks like I can't utilize it if they never call you back.

I was so very impressed with Noah Newton's professional service today. He was very knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to take care of my plumbing needs. I would highly recommend Mark Johnson & Sons Plumbing to everyone.

Team Brandon and Hunter did an amazing job! They installed 3/4 inch Pex piping from the meter throughout the crawl space to all the plumbing, including the outdoor shed. It was a really labor-intensive job that required skill and patience. The water pressure flow is great now! I can use multiple water sources at the same time, and best of all, I don't have to worry about the old, galvanized piping freezing and bursting in frigid temperatures!

To start my experience, I love that this company sends me information and a picture of the technician arriving. Hagan arrived right at the start of the scheduled time and quickly got to work. During the process of checking my septic tank, not only was he friendly and professional, he also answered every question I had and even taught me a few things I didn't know about septic systems. I will for sure be using Mark Johnson in the future and recommending them to anyone I know.

Today's service call with Mark Johnson & Sons Plumbing was a great experience. First of all the three gentleman were friendly, polite, knowledgable and got right down to business. They quickly discovered a malfunctioning aerator that was causing problems. And after correcting that issue, Justin with Weaver Disposal carefully pumped the septic tank making it look easy! All things are back to normal and at a good price. The customer service person was so nice and friendly and that typically is not the norm anymore. Overall this was an outstanding service call!
